Our team is continuing to work through scheduled maintenance. This falls outside of our initially communicated maintenance window. Services may be down for a subset of users from 2:27PM EST. Services are scheduled to resume at 2:47pm EST.

We have identified that the issue was caused by a service outage in our AWS region. All services are now stable & operational. Our engineering team will continue to monitor.
